RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will enter invoices, code invoices, and put in the mail.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Communicate with internal staff for proper approvals on invoices.
Assist with weekly check run.
Assist with special projects, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:
Accounts Payable, ideally for multi-companies
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
