Accounting Clerk Needed! ABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is the leader in small-animal cabinet irradiators and radiotherapy research systems worldwide.
They provide easy-to-operate, reliable, safe and cost-effective diagnostic imaging and X-ray irradiation systems that set the standard for quality, reliability and accuracy.
Serving World Class Institutions, they lead technological change in preclinical radiation research by assisting with advances in molecular biology of cancer, rapid technological advances in radiation therapy targeting, and delivery.
They are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team and work directly with the VP of Finance to assist with all financial transactions for their growing, fast-paced company.
The hours are from 8:
00am – 5:
00pm fully onsite in a brand new office space in Madison, CT.

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables Tasks Reviewing list of open invoices and collecting payments Providing ongoing communication through email with customers Reviewing invoices in Microsoft Excel Proactively maintaining records and ongoing communications Accounts Payable Tasks:
3 way Match on invoices with packing lists Obtaining approvals and entering into the system Comfortable processing 30-50 invoices per week Obtaining necessary documents and following through with tasks Answering customer calls Adhoc projects as needed Preferred Skills:
Prior AP/AR experience preferred 3 Way Match experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree a plus! Microsoft Excel Proficient preferred #CFSJUNE2022 Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Communication Microsoft Excel Packaging And Processing Duties Self Motivation googletag.
