Responsibilities of the Finance Manager
- Reviewing property financials and creating financial packages for upper management and the investors
- Preparing year-end tax preparation and answering any related questions to income tax, sales tax, etc.
- Conducting the month-end close process for each property
- Overseeing a team and not afraid to makes strong analytical decisions
Qualifications of the Finance Manager
- CPA is a must
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or other accounting software; excellent Excel Skills
- Strong managerial experience; positive disposition
