Responsibilities of the Finance Manager :

• Oversee the P&Ls of several clients
• Managing a team
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Provide financial insights and support for day-to-day operations
• Develop relationships with various departments and act as a key business partner
• Build client relationships and optimize reporting and analysis functions
• Oversee finance and operations analysts, providing support and guidance

Skills and Experience Preferred of the Finance Manager :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years experience
• Professional Services industry experience
• Management experience preferred
• Netsuite or Hyperion experience a plus
