DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & TAX

What the Director of Finance & Tax will do:

• Treasury and cash management
• Prepares financial statements and review and analyzes variances
• Assist with the companies’ budget and forecast
• Preform financial analysis
• Provide all information for outside Tax preparer for returns

What the company needs in a Director of Finance & Tax:

• Minimum of 8+ years of total accounting/finance experience
• Experience in Tax preparation and returns
• Bachelors in Accounting , CPA/Masters highly preferred
• Real Estate development or Property Management experience is a plus
