Creative Circle Hiring for Marketing Associate Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

This role will be WFH until January 2022 then will require you to be onsite in San Francisco. Proof of vaccination will be required starting November 1, 2021 to come onsite to the client’s office location.

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the following:

• Align with cross functional teams across Partnerships, PMM, and Product on overarching creator marketing strategy
• Understand consumer behavior to develop on-platform audience development plans that will drive product goals
• Own all aspects of trafficking, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
• Perform campaign performance analysis and provide reporting to internal partners
• Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
• Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions
• Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
• Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution

The ideal Marketing Associate should possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience working directly with marketing, media, finance, consulting, and/or companies with track record of problem solving and thought leadership
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads & publishing tools
• Avid Facebook and Instagram user, and knowledge of both products as a user and creator
• Data-driven with excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience problem solving and tackling problems with a creative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate, Media Planning Professional or Media Buying Professional certification
• Understanding of digital and mobile video and the entertainment and technology landscape both in the U.S. and internationally
• Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
• Working knowledge of SQL
