Role Overview As the COO, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth and operational success. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee and optimize all operational aspects, with a focus on revenue growth through the franchise network. Your strategic leadership will drive scalability, profitability, and solidify our market leadership.
Responsibilities
Franchise Network Growth Strategy
Execute a comprehensive strategy to expand annual revenue from $100 million to $500 million via the franchise network. Identify market expansion opportunities and deploy strategies for new territories. Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to define and execute long-term vision.
Operations and Process Optimization
Enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability through improved operational processes. Standardize best practices across locations for streamlined franchise operations. Develop and track KPIs for operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
New Product Line Integration
Oversee seamless integration of new product lines within the existing franchise network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch plans, marketing, and operational guidelines. Analyze product performance and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
Franchisee Support and Relationship Management
Provide guidance, training, and resources to ensure franchisee success. Conduct performance reviews, identify growth areas, and implement initiatives for satisfaction.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Collaborate with finance team for budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor trends, recommend strategies for revenue maximization. Deliver insightful reports to the CEO and board on key metrics, finances, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership experience. Track record of driving revenue growth and scaling operations, preferably in the service industry. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional leadership, people management, and motivational skills. Proficiency in financial analysis, interpreting complex data, and data-driven recommendations. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
