We are a family-oriented Midwest based company in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Marketing Coordinator .
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns. Those campaigns include 75% digital marketing (social media, website, email, etc.
and 25% traditional marketing (print, events / trade shows). This person will also assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and programs.

What You Get To Do
Works with the manager, and in collaboration with other departments, executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Creates and publishes a variety of marketing material and media which may include social media content (photo + video), website content, product brochures, sales presentations, and more.
Helps manage and enhance website content including blogs, landing pages, e-books, etc.
Develops and deploys email marketing campaigns.
Maintains a consistent marketing message across all print and electronic communications.
Analyzes insights and data to understand performance of marketing campaigns.
Conducts market and industry research and integrates into current marketing strategy.
Supports field force in responding to sales and marketing requests. Answers internal questions regarding available marketing tools (brochures, presentations, social media, etc.).
Travels to conferences and regional offices and stays up to date with marketing trends and the competition.
Communicates and coordinates with vendors on marketing-related tasks.
Coordinates trade show appearances.
Participates as an active lead for the Crane Engineering Tech Expo, a trade show / conference for our customers, including coordinating exhibitors, technical sessions, keynote speaker, lead collection, and overall event flow.
Purchases and distributes promotional items to sales teams.
Helps manage CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Works to keep database as clean as possible.
What We Need From You
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience working within HubSpot and / or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Excellent project management / organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
High level of personal initiative, attention to detail, energy, and ownership
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as interfacing with external customers
Ability to think strategically and creatively
