Marketing Specialist
The Hospitality Marketing Specialist will aid the Hospitality Marketing Manager in executing all marketing and media plans. They will play a supportive role in determining and developing marketing content (traditional and digital), marketing campaigns, targeted advertising, and sales enablement for the segment. They will execute all social media content strategies for related brands Blueprint RF and Hospitality Network making recommendations as needed. They will provide ongoing analysis of hospitality marketing, media, and event programming/campaigns. They will support current lead routing procedures with an emphasis on MQL opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Executes the marketing, media, and campaign strategies based on the determined goals and segment positioning.
Responsible for learning and understanding hospitality audiences and brand requirements.
Ensures marketing strategies are implemented to drive topline revenue and achieve RevPAR/share-of-wallet goals.
Assists with all internal and external communication and digital presence, including but not limited to property website, third party channels, and social media, while maintaining brand integrity.
Interact and build relationships with hotel brands to create synergies and meaningful partnerships
Work with social media agency on content plan and oversee creative development and content generation.
Implement and maintain brand strategy across the business, including brand assets, sales enablement, website, and other customers’ external and internal facing marketing systems
Assist in monitoring budget accruals, forecasts, and spending.
As part of the Hospitality Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product management and sales leaders to drive targeted growth and customer retention.
Prepares solution positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market and resonates with our targeted buyers.
Identifies incremental marketing opportunities ranging from partnerships, third-party sites, and CVBs.
Attends Sales Strategy Meetings to ensure activity alignment with the most up-to-date marketing strategy and implementation details.
Serves as brand guardian/liaison, verifying all marketing reflects the appropriate brand voice
Supports group lead generation efforts
Assists in reviewing social media content calendar
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Who You Are
Minimum
At least one of the following:
High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, or related field, OR
BA/BS degree and up to 2 years of related experience
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with an ability to consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Social media management experience (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
Web content development experience
Experience in telecommunications or technology-related industry
Skill in Adobe Suite including In Design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and DreamWeaver a plus
