• 2+ years of commercial real estate underwriting and financial analysis with strong knowledge of rating agency criteria
• Rating agency experience or top tier commercial mortgage back securities CMBS lender, investment bank or brokerage strongly preferred
• Experience with construction lending a plus, but not required

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and Interact with stakeholders of sustainable finance and commercial real estate construction industry throughout the US
• Complete opportunity evaluation and analysis to identify risks and concerns

• Financial modeling of cash flows and sizing of deals.
• Transaction management of complex PACE financings including origination underwriting, negotiating terms and conditions with senior management.
• Screen financing opportunities, determine size, price and structure financing up to $500 million or more
• Perform rigorous analysis of proposed transactions by reviewing completed underwriting
• Manage origination and determine credit risk, review appraisal reports, property markets and direct underwriters or underwrite property cash flows determining transaction strengths
• Help determine loan tranching and pricing models, risk assessments and portfolio analyses.
• Assist with commercial real estate-backed securitizations and all ESG reporting.
