Job Title : Accounting Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Location : Alliance (Fort Worth), TX ONSITE
Pay : $ / hr
Schedule : Monday – Friday from am-pm
Job Details :
Processing, verifying, and posting daily payments from goods delivered
Researching and resolving account discrepancies
Maintaining assigned aging accounts
Performing administrative and clerical tasks (example : filing invoices, purging payments into storage boxes, faxing, copying, scanning invoices accordingly, transporting invoices and documents from one department to another one) with the ability to lift up to lbs
Generating daily reports and statements for customers and internal use
Ability to meet all assigned deadlines given, with an understanding of priority
Key Skills and Requirements
Proficient knowledge of applications (example : word, excel, and outlook)
Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills with strong math, typing, -key skills
High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and time management skills
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Accounting experience a plus
Accounting Posting experience is preferred
+ years in Customer Relations and Office
