Cornerstone OnDemand Looking for Associate Director, HR & P2P Systems at Minneapolis, Minnesota Full Time

Cornerstone is looking for an Associate Director (HR & P2P Systems) who will serve as the Functional/Technical Lead for HR and Procure To Pay Systems and their integrations to various platforms within Cornerstone. This is a strategic as well as hands on role that will act as the IT Solution Architect for the core HR and P2P implementations and will report into Sr Director- IT G&A Applications. This role requires close partnership with the HRIS team, P2P team and other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. In this role you will + Manage, Maintain and drive the roadmap for HR and Procure to Pay Applications + Setup a support model to effectively support Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Procurement and Oracle Cloud Expenses + Participate and strategize on best ways to integrate Cornerstones own HR tech platforms with Core HR. + Manage the overall solution governance enforcing standards around design review and change control as well as overall management of vendors + Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation + Work closely with the implementation partner on the Oracle cloud HCM solution implementation, assisting with tasks such as: system strategy, participating in design workshops, fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, data conversion, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR + Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth + Provide technical guidance and support for the core HR processes + Support data migration activities + Oracle P2P Implementation + Oversee and manage the team supporting the implementation + Ensure coverage of thorough testing of all functionalities + Keep Employee experience and ease of use as top of mind across both implementations + Post Go Live + Lead the HR-IT and P2P team supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications + Manage Ticket queues, troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues + Support requirement gathering, functional design and testing of new functional requirements. + Work on the analysis, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle quarterly upgrade features. + Work with a team of developers supporting inventory of HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces and Reports, Fast Formulas, and new projects. + Understand requirements for new integrations/reports, draft technical design, develop and deliver solutions. + Develop SQL based BI reports and adhoc scripts across the HCM modules. + Perform mass data load of HR and Payroll entities such as Tax Cards, Payroll Relationships, Assignment Updates etc. using HSDL/HDL/PBL. + Deliver new interfaces, reports and fast formulas independently with minimal guidance. + Analyze HCM technical tickets logged and work with the team on the code fixes required. + Develop technical estimates for new HCM enhancements and implementations. + Setup and manage a high-performance team You Have What It Takes If You Have + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university + 10+ years of experience on HCM, Procurement, Expense solutions with 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions (preferably Oracle Cloud) + Experience as a technical lead or Sr Manager on at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of the Core HR module for Oracle HCM Cloud + Willingness to learn new areas and be a quick learner + Ability to manage and mentor junior resources / team + Experience in both functional and technical roles on Oracle HCM or Procurement Cloud. + Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract + Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas HCM, SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS APIs + Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture and developing custom applications on cloud. + Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment + Consideration for privacy and security obligations
