This role is responsible for supporting our Property Accountants with daily bookkeeping tasks and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute accounts receivable process for manual receipts
Manager accounts payable workflow
Process tenant Security Deposits
Assist with utility payments
Provide daily cash balances
Assist with the execution of month end processes
Manage Positive Pay banking function
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
College degree, preferred
2+ year relevant Accounting experience
Organized and professional with excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office experience required
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven efficiency multitasking while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Experience with Yardi Voyager, Payscan, and Yardi BillPay preferred
Compensation Package
Compensation $25.00-$27.00 per hour
2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start
9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
401k – 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
