F&B Cost Analyst/Controller

The company:
This company has an incredible growth story and their success isn’t tapering off anytime soon! Due to this growth they’re now looking for a Cost Analyst to join their finance team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a Cost Controller position!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all relevant data is correct in Restaurant365, including, but not limited to labor accrual rates, inventory item creation, costing, units of measure, recipes, and stock counts
Prepare weekly COGS and labor performance report
Work closely with chefs to cost all food and drink items
General stock control management
Monthly Reconciliations
Analyzing food and beverage cost
Forecasting sales
Control of goods received
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in relatable field
3-5 years’ work experience in costing and pricing
Strong understanding of Cost and Stock
Basic accounting knowledge
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work effectively within a team environment to support colleagues
Confident with Microsoft Office
Ideally you will have a qualification in accounting or commerce
