Essential Functions :

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Work with Marketing Team to manage brand and Marketing initiatives.
• Assist in composition and / or management of marketing campaigns.
• Assist Marketing Specialist with enhancing the company online presence through social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Aid in the following initiatives :
• Brand awareness and online reputation
• Content Management
• Increase online followers
• Research competitor’s social media strategy and investigate potential project highlights.
• Seek avenues for potential advertising opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to create and manage marketing flysheets.
• Assist Video Content Editor on field project shoots when needed.
• Be the back-up support for conference attendance and exhibiting booth presence.
• Assist Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist on conference registration and travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparation and writing of journalistic blog posts for company website.
• Serve as point of contact when Marketing Manager / Specialist are out of the office.
• Perform other duties as appointed by the Marketing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Excellent creative and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of organization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be confident, flexible, and a multitasker.
• Able to work independently and within a team atmosphere.
• Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
• Adobe creative cloud experience preferred. On-site training can be provided.
