Summary
CMI is a leader in supplying and servicing heavy equipment to customers throughout the State of Alaska with a particular focus on the mining and construction industries. The Juneau Branch Manager directs the overall sales, service and product support activities of the Juneau branch to serve the company’s customers in Southeast Alaska. The Branch Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and personnel development and safety. This position reports directly to CMI’s Corporate Operations Manager and President.

Essential Functions
· Directs internal sales, service and support operations in the Southeast branch to achieve customer satisfaction and budgeted results
· Implements CMI’s safety policies and procedures and assists in the continuous improvement of CMI’s safety efforts
· Implements procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow
· Coordinates CMI’s relationships with its customers in Southeast Alaska
· Leads and manages CMI’s response to significant problems arising in service and relationships with customers
· Participates as a key member of CMI’s executive team in building CMI’s relationships with customers and manufacturers and examining new markets and strategies for the company’s future
