You will meet with homeowners (company-provided, pre-qualified leads) in their home to estimate and sell our company’s products and services.
You will follow our company’s ultra-effective sales process throughout the sales cycle in order to successfully close the sale.
You will be an expert on our industry, our company, and our processes.

Package A:
base salary plus commission with year-end bonuses – mandatory for Year 1 Package B:
straight commission (with higher commission rate) – option to choose starting in Year 2 Responsibilities and Duties:
Define the desired work scope with the homeowner Consult the homeowner on desired work scope and offer solutions Estimate desired work scope using company-provided estimating software Compose customized sales proposals Close sales by utilizing our company sales process Maintain expected close rates
Qualifications:
2 years of outside sales experience (preferably in-home sales) High school diploma or equal Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Pass drug test Pass background check If you are competitive, enjoy winning, and have a high drive to succeed – let’s discuss further.
