Dietary Manager (CDM)
We are looking to add a Dietary Manager to be part of our team!
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the dietary department in accordance with established food services standards, policies, procedures, and practices of this facility and requirements of current federal, state and local standards governing the facility and as may be directed by the Administrator to assure that quality nutritional services are provided in a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association required
- Registration as a Food Service Director in Pennsylvania required
- Must provide documentation of registry/certificate upon application for position.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care setting
- Must have training in cost control, food management, & diet therapy
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred
