SUMMARY
This is an IN-PERSON role, not open to remote work or relocation at this time. This role is in McMinnville, Oregon.
The position of the Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be a highly detail-oriented role, reporting to the eCommerce Manager. The role requires an immense amount of creativity, drive and extreme attention to detail. The role sits with the marketing and ecommerce team and helps drive results for all functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work on development of multiple social media sites
· Includes management of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and other platforms for up to 4 brand names
· Track KPIs and measure success by driving continuous improvement with a deeply analytical and data driven approach; report out to leadership team
· Create and manage KPI dashboard
· Continually seek efficiency gains such as automation opportunity, process improvements, and engaging posts
· Create content for all social media platforms and report out all results
· Work closely with the marketing team to reinforce company brand through digital promotion
· Meet or exceed revenue goals and other KPIs as outlined by the leadership team
· Full understanding of video, photography, lighting, hashtags and post engagement
· Must have proven track record and experience driving social media results for an established company
· Videography/Photography is required (iphone videos accepted)
· Requires use of excel and powerpoint
· Graphic design for marketing ad creation, flyer and other print media is required (Adobe Suites)

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, social media or other relevant degree
· 4+ years in social media and digital marketing
· MUST HAVE Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, both with internal team and customers
· Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC
· Experience with online advertising platforms and analytics packages, including Google Analytics, Ad Words, Bing Ads, Facebook, as well as remarking tools and product feeds.
· Advanced knowledge in Excel.
· Upbeat attitude, willingness to grow/learn, and bi-lingual is a plus (but not required). Must be a go-getter, ready to work hard, be accountable and lead team members to success through eCommerce!
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drafts, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Advanced skill in reporting out to multiple functions, work cross functionally and report to senior leadership.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Strong skills in finding solutions for problems and remaining positive.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
