Confidential Hiring for Manager: Financial Systems and Internal Controls Job at Newark, NJ Full Time

FT position ($22/hour to move to salary in three months)

Summary: Growing technology company sourcing for a Manager: Financial Systems and Internal Controls who can specialize in conducting internal audits on our financial reports and processes. This position is perfect for a recent college graduate who majored in either Accounting or Finance. You will be conducting audits on: Account Receivables, check/payment applications, payroll, client contract entries, staffer credentialing, invoice adjustments, shift and registrant margins, among others. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a team of an Audit Associate as well as 1-2 audit interns to perform timely and efficient internal control internal audits for the following processes:

• Contracts
• Accounts Receivables
• Payroll
• Credentialing
• Ad-hoc as requested by Supervisor
• Continue to design and implement additional audits as needed
• Prepare and Update Process Memos as needed
• Prepare monthly Audit Management reports for CFO

Education and/or Experience: College degree is mandatory, preferably a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
