A highly respected, mulit-franchise, mulit-location dealer group in the Norfolk, Fremont and Columbus area is looking to fill a key position in our organization. Willing to train the correct person with a solid sales or finance background and/or track record of success in any field. Job Responsibilities

· Assist department manager to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as business manager

· Help our customers arrange the financing of their vehicle purchase and assisting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience

· Accurately communicate with lenders for approval, and make credit decisions

· Ensure all transactions are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

· Ensure accuracy with all documents

· Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts

· Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability

· Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position

Job Requirements

· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

· Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Must possess the ability to “close”

· Professional Appearance

· Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

· Valid U.S. driver’s license
