Job Description – Finance and Insurance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
a. Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
2. Arrange the best financing program for each customer’s specific needs.
3. Maintain good working relationships and secure the best lending and interest programs with lending institutions for the benefit of our customers.
4. Inform customers and help them purchase the best aftermarket products to support their vehicle purchase, i.e. extended warranties, credit life insurance, GAP, road hazard, and key policies.
5. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
6. Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Co-ordinate with, and support, the automotive group’s management team.
Job Requirements:
1. Two years of successful experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager in a franchise dealership.
2. Ability to control departmental expenses and profitability.
3. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
4. Computer literacy and knowledge of DMS programs.
5. Strong sense of teamwork.
