Role: Finance PMO Analyst-HOD (745489)

Location: Broomfield, CO – 12002 Airport Way (Hybrid 3 days onsite a week)

Duration: 6 months

JD:

• Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.
• Work with Project Managers to maintain, organize and update project documentation in Monday.com to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.
• Create detailed status reports and presentations for project managers as requested to help facilitate decision-making and communication.
• Coordinate the timely completion of critical project milestones by collaborating with project teams to ensure milestones align with project goals.
• Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress updates
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
