We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager for a rapidly growing company in the Healthcare field. We have over 120 clients and growing daily.
The right person for this position will be able to work in a fast paced, high stress industry with many calls, texts, emails and employees.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Reviewing resumes and interviewing (in person or facetime video) potential caregivers. Inputing caregiver schedules using our app, collecting all documentation for employees and inputing it into our system, making sure caregivers and clients schedules are in sync, finding replacements for caregivers that call off so our clients don’t go without care. There is much more to go over with the right candidate.
Company Iphone will be provided. Candidate should have their own PC/laptop.
