Currently interviewing for a Finance Manager to join the team in a small private family office to oversee the Bookkeeping/Payroll functions for multiple entities.

Job Description

• Responsible for full cycle accounting for multiple entities in a family office – AR, AP, Payroll,
• Process and fund payroll on multiple payroll cycles, which also includes filing and payment of all payroll taxes
• Input and verify all transactions in Quickbooks
• Prepare cash basis financial statements
• Provide information and assist with income tax questions
• Process all vendor related payments via both check and ACH
• Perform all necessary account, bank. credit card and other reconciliations
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Microsoft Excel
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks
• Associate degree in business or accounting is an advantage
