Summary: CommunityAmerica is committed to helping our members on their path to financial peace of mind. This means meeting them where they are in their journey and creating individualized life plans to help them navigate to their destination. This will be accomplished, in part, at our Peace of Mind Access Centers that will be staffed with Financial Well-Being Managers. Access Centers will use a comprehensive approach to not only help break down barriers to banking but serve as a single, physical point of access to complementary support services that contribute to total peace of mind. These complementary services will be focused on four pillars: Financial Literacy, Education, Supportive Community Programming, and Heath & Well-Being.
A* Financial Well-Being Manager *will provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions to individuals and families designed to gain an understanding of their current financial situation and life goals. Through an interactive and consultative process, they will continue to provide financial coaching, guidance, and support to deliver a personalized experience and develop goals, strategies and an actionable plan that will ultimately lead them to financial peace of mind. This role possesses expert knowledge of all financial products and services and utilizes this knowledge to provide advice and support to members at every life stage in their financial journey.
