We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for A/R, A/P and general bookkeeping. We would also need help preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
We are small company-with huge potential for growth and we need someone who can accept challenges and use their knowledge to help our business run more smoothly. We are looking for someone with their own ideas and way of doing things who are genuine masters of efficiency. We want someone who is extremely detail oriented, and organized.
***This position can potentially be remote but at first will be required we work together in office***
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Bill recurring and one-off customers.
- Set customers up on Auto-Pay
- Answer and solve problems related to billing.
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- A/P
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Quickbooks/Excel/Outlook
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
