Job Description

The Specialist, General Finance Management focuses on accounting and balance sheet performance as well as contributing analysis to determine present and future financial performance. The Specialist is part of a fast-moving dynamic team supporting general accounting and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the site controller
• Help prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Financial reporting of actuals, forecast and weekly forecast updates with variance analyses to plan
  • Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
  • Ad hoc reports
• Validate monthly site reporting in Hyperion is complete and accurate
• Assist in supporting Repair finance initiatives, annual plan and financial presentations
• Collaborate with internal customers
• Help maintain and strengthen the control environment including Sarbanes-Oxley
• Support control related activities, adherence to company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in accounting or related role
• General Accounting experience
• Auditing experience
• SAP or Hyperion experience
