POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance will lead the company’s efforts in executing processes and controls for accounting for product revenue, including gross-to- net calculations and product launches. This role will manage the day-to-day financial 3PL relationship, product revenue and all gross-to-net accruals, and the revenue planning for the Commercial organization. They will work with stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Accounting, Market Access, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal and Supply Chain on a variety of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day Third-Party logistics (3PL) relationship with full oversight of the Order-to-Cash process ensuring all financial transactions are posted on an accurate and timely basis
Review and analyze journal entries posted for product revenue and gross to-to-net accruals
Calculate and provide analysis for all product revenue and all gross-to-net accruals, including government rebate programs, returns reserves, POS, Chargebacks, Distribution Fees and other adjustments to revenue
Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Market Access to develop and update assumptions for sales, payer and gross-to-net forecasts
Support the revenue planning for the Commercial organization (Annual Budget, Forecasts, and Long-Range Plans)
Monitor and calculate the State Reporting & Opioid Fee requirements to remain compliant with regulations, support all reporting necessary for company’s collaboration, and interact directly with external auditors for reviews and audits
Provide Financial data to Government Pricing Vendor for the following government-mandated calculations: Medicaid Average Manufacturer’s Price (AMP) and Best Price (BP); Medicare ASP; Quarterly Non-Federal Average Manufacturer’s Price (NonFAMP); Annual Federal Ceiling Price (FCP); Quarterly Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), as well as reporting of sales, to the Veterans Affairs (VA)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business field required
6-8 years of related experience in commercial pharmaceutical industry required
Strong collaborative, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional team members
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills; ability to balance strategic thinking with bottoms-up detailed analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
