Job Summary

The outside sales position at COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING® is responsible for networking with local businesses, realtors and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. Company vehicle for daily work use is provided as well as a company tablet. Compensation for this position is a base rate plus unlimited commission.

Qualifications
Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. In this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people and being held accountable to year over year growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or another related field is preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of two years of generating new sales through the creation of strategic partnerships within the community.
• Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals set forth by management.
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Excellent oral, written comprehension and communication skills
• Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING® core values
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and accurate move consultations while affectively upselling supplies, packing jobs and junk removal.

• Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.

• Recommend and upsell alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability or customer specifications.

• Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales through community engagement and a go getter attitude.

• Collaborate with General Manager and Franchise Partner to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING and effectively oppose any customer objections.
• Create strategic partnerships within a given territory to increase leads and monthly revenue while being accountable for your lead generation.
• Create new strategic partnerships with Realtors, Property Managers and Apartment/Office Buildings for continued brand growth.
• Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and fostering new relationships outside of the estimates and warm leads you will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
