Overview

Collage Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth at a time when America is undergoing a seismic cultural transformation. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with a talented team of strategic sales professionals, marketing strategists, researchers, analysts, and multicultural marketing experts focused on driving our clients’ businesses in a diverse consumer marketplace. They will develop, implement, measure, and refine B2B lead-generation campaigns–with a focus on display advertising and client-focused upsell campaigns– that accelerate revenue for Collage’s syndicated, custom research and consulting solutions. The Digital Marketing Specialist provides content and product marketing driven activation across numerous channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

What you will do

• Campaign Planning: Proactively plan, create, and implement B2B email marketing and paid display advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, other)
• Campaign Execution: Optimize marketing copy for CTAs and keywords, and implement high-performing, multichannel campaigns leveraging digital marketing technology and automation tools that activate, engage, and nurture leads
• Campaign Reporting & Refinement: Provide end to end analysis of success and failures, rationale, revenue generation and ROI. Build out, refine, and sunset campaigns based on results.
• Member Marketing & Engagement: Elevate and enhance member health with a focus on member engagement and upsell

o Improve content quality and reach and identify opportunities to drive lead generation for member upsell
o Drive member engagement and experience in support of renewal
o Deliver and nurture leads in support of incremental custom account expansion, KSA expansion, win-back opportunities
o Drive awareness and value of other member programs/bundling of programs
o Enhance the interest, ability, and opportunities for member partnerships with Collage Group

• Contribute to strategy, builds, and video development
• Other duties as assigned

What you have done

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3 – 4 years’ full-time experience in a Marketing role
• 2+ years’ experience creating and measuring email marketing campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred), including personalization, segmentation, nurturing, and automation flows
• 2+ years’ experience building and operating digital advertising campaigns via Google AdWords and LinkedIn
• High aptitude for digital marketing and web tools, with strong technical and trouble-shooting instincts
• Proven, lead-generating business writing and refined editing skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Exceptional project and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Commitment to our mission of leveraging the power of culture to drive brand growth for our customers
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and HTML a plus
