As a Risk Analyst on the PEX, QA & Risk team, you will be responsible for performing risk analysis and mitigation across the Operations team for your geographic area. This is a mission critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the overall company’s success as being the most trusted in the industry. You will work with your manager & partners from across the organization to prepare for internal & external audits and align the Operations team on the requirements. This is a tactical role where you will be thinking about tomorrow’s issues and solutions today.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
Work with region specific Operations, Compliance and Legal teams to proactively identify, assess & document risks, and conduct regular risk reviews
Ensure CX stakeholders are aware of any policy changes which impact them
Actively manage the CX problem pipeline to help proactively identify potential risks, causes & consequences
Work closely with the risk & control owners to ensure robust mitigations are delivered
Maintain risk frameworks and systems
Assist in preparing the operations team for internal and external audits
Assist with performing risk analysis for all new lines of business
Conduct regular audits across your area
Assist CX on creating & maintaining SOP’s by team, manager & operating line of business
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
6+ years of relevant experience in process/ continuous improvement, customer support or risk analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with global teams across different functions and timezones
Confident & concise verbal communication and clear presentations skills
A track record of being able to independently prioritize your workload and deliver results
Flexibility – no two days are the same
Strong analytical skills and the ability to speak with data
Excellent problem solving skills and working collaboratively to do so
Nice to haves:
Understanding of Crypto, Platform, Cloud, Payments and/or Financial Services and experience in assessing risk in this field
Experience using the following tools: RSA Archer, JIRA, Confluence, GSuite, Lucidchart, Salesforce, Looker
Notice for Colorado applicants as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20). Target annual salary for this role performed in Colorado, is $144,500 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
