Qualification:
BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work
Responsibility:
Business Partnering:
Under guidance of Sr Recruiter/Lead, regularly communicates with Hiring Managers on status updates, challenges & market trends
Partner with Sourcing Team:
Work closely with Sourcing Partner to ensure he/she understands the role, has a proper reach out strategy for candidates, and knows how to manage candidates effectively throughout process
Candidate Experience:
Understands candidate drivers & respond/resolve queries through the entire recruiting cycle
Planning/Organizing:
Breaks hiring plan to milestones/events to achieve the targets
Quality of Hiring:
Follows a consistent process and best practices for selecting highest quality candidates
Offer & Onboard:
Provides appropriate support, sets right expectations with the candidate (like total rewards, internal growth, development, salary reviews, travel etc) & is professional throughout the offer process
Compliance & Process Adherence:
Adhere to organization & recruiting policies & processes Cost per Hire Ratio:
Adherence to hiring policies & the reflection of the same in candidate, stakeholder conversations
Networking:
Is aware about the different networking channels
Leverages various opportunities to build the Cognizant Brand (eg:
Meta events) Hiring Tools/techniques:
Good understanding of CHire or any other Applicant Tracking Systems as part of the hiring process
Market Intelligence:
Possesses/develops basic understanding of market trends and competitors
