The Plant/Production manager will be in charge of and responsible for fulfilling all of our company’s production requirements each day.
Our plant/industrial laundry consists of 150+ employees, broken down into 5 different departments. Each department has its own supervisor who must meet production requirements set down by the plant/production manager.
Your job will be to hold each supervisor accountable for the employees and production requirements of their respective departments, and work in a team effort to accompanish company agendas
You will work with and answer to our GM in a collaborative team effort to manage overtime, production numbers, quality of product, inventory, and expenses. You will work to the best of your ability to control costs while producing the best quality product possible.
Experience managing employees is very important, along with a driven and goal-oriented mindset that is not afraid to work long hours to fulfill company goals. Being able to work on their feet in a team environment is of upmost importance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per week
