Our client, a children’s enrichment and gathering center for young people ages birth – 12 years, is seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join the team. The center is designed as a “country club for kids”, offering a mix of educational, social, sporting, dining, athletic, and entertainment activities and events. The center also features a full-day early learning and preschool program for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years.

Responsibilities include:
– Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
– Prepare, track and reconcile ledgers and budgets
– Prepare and submit payroll
– Create financial and inventory reports
– Prepare and file company tax documents
– Maintain insurance compliance
– Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
– Contact delinquent accounts
– Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
– Stay current with all regulations, requirements, licenses, and laws pertaining to the business
– Managing Quickbooks for the company
Administrative duties may include:
– Front desk customer service, including, answering the phone and greeting guests
– Keep a tidy reception area
– Take clear messages and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership
– Develop and maintain administrative processes
– Support the onboarding of new hires
