A DAY IN THE LIFE
n
As a Customer Care Manager, your main goal is to help CMC Electric provide excellent customer service through leading, mentoring, and managing the CSR team. With attention to detail, you develop objectives for the call center’s daily activities and hold the team accountable for their work by measuring results and making necessary adjustments.
n
Some of your usual responsibilities include making sure customer reviews are responded to promptly, ensuring that all calls are managed properly, texting and chatting with clients, assisting with phone scripting, and collecting and analyzing call center statistics to report to the GM and owner. You enjoy the variety in your job and find fulfillment in leading your team to success!
