Who We Are
CluedUpp Games is the worlds largest geogaming company, running immersive city-wide murder-mystery events across the UK, USA, Europe and Australasia. With up to 30 events per weekend, we’re looking to expand our team of awesome people who assist our players during their games around the world.
About The Role
As part of our weekend events team, you’ll be working from home to closely monitor our event pages, email boxes and social media pages to ensure people who need help with their game get the help they need quickly and efficiently.
You’ll be helping with both simple and sometimes quite complex problems, so the ability to understand, investigate and solve issues in a timely manner is imperative.
You’ll be the first line of support for our players, so speed and accuracy when dealing with customer enquiries is crucial.
We have a variety of 9-hour shifts available to accommodate all of our different time-zones and we are specifically looking for individuals that can cover both dayshifts (Saturday daytime) and night shifts (Friday and Saturday nights).
About You
You will need to have the following attributes:
- A good grasp of technology.
- A basic understanding of how apps work
- The ability to understand and troubleshoot tech issues.
- A high standard of written English and an impeccable customer service manner.
- High attention to detail
- Very flexible and reliable
