_This is a full-time onsite job located in Melrose Park with strong potential for permanent hire._
Target Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $18 – $21 per hour
Our client, a light industrial staffing agency, is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join their busy team! The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and interviewing candidates for hourly roles within the supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse and manufacturing industries.
_Recruiter – Responsibilities: _
You will work as a part of a dynamic team that practices a high sense of urgency and quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Source light industrial and warehouse candidates that meet site criteria using the company ATS and external resume databases
Contact candidates via phone, text and email to inform them of the position, conduct a brief phone screening, provide the electronic application and onboarding process, and schedule an onsite interview/onboarding
If the candidate is selected, you would immediately administer a drug screen, submit a background check request, and finalize any onboarding documents
May assist in posting jobs via job boards and company website
Maintains accurate records on applicant status and provides timely responses to all applicants
Track vital candidate process information in a spreadsheet format
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
_Recruiter – Requirements_
High school degree or equivalent
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
The ability to think outside of the box – if you have a great idea, WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!
Must be an effective communicator that is not afraid of the phone
Prior ATS experience
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and maintain a high volume of activity
Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership
