DescriptionDescriptionAs a critical member of the Corporate Communications team, the Payments Communications Manager will help support external and internal communications by planning, writing and producing content and materials that educate and engage stakeholders about our payments strategy, capabilities and initiatives as they align to our narratives.
They will play a key role in supporting media outreach and driving colleague engagement through storytelling and new ways of communicating and connecting.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic communications plan for payments projects, programs and conferencesResearch and publish stories and insights that raise awareness of our payments capabilities and initiativesSupport earned media outreach including engaging with media and internal SMEsManage end-to-end editorial process including creating multimedia content and measuring impactDevelop presentations and monitor metrics that track progressPartner with teams to drive advocacy and amplify payments campaign messagesQualificationsThe ideal candidate will : Have 7-10 years of experience in a communications roleBuild effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSynthesize complex messaging and content and represent it simply, visually and in a compelling and modern wayThink creatively and develop innovative approaches to address challengesStay current on what’s happening throughout the organization in order to make connections and align communicationsHave strong writing, editing, proofreading and presentation design skillsB2B communications experience preferredEducation : Bachelors Degree In Communications PreferredHours and Schedule : Hours : 40Schedule : M-F 8-5#LI-Sourcer3Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
