Purpose of Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for preparation of parish budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Operations Manager prepares and distributes financial statements as required, and manages all activities related to the consolidation of journal entries and subsidiary financial accounts to ensure that financial accounts are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. The Operations Manager will oversee general HR functions under the direction of the Pastor, review donor contributions; and manage building setup and maintenance requirements as well as major maintenance projects .

Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, quickbooks

As the Operations Manager, it is critical to ensure the finances of the parish are accurately reflected and the parish is in good standing with the archdiocese, vendors, etc. at all times. Under the direction of the Pastoral Associate of Administration, the following list provides examples of responsibilities associated with this role. Additional activities may be assigned at the discretion at the Pastoral Associate of Administration.
