Promote best practices approach to field deduction processing in area of responsibility while integrating SOX compliance.‚ The position serves as a liaison between field/broker personnel, and internal sales/finance strategy to minimize and reduce overall deductions.

‚ ‚ Maintain specific deduction targets and focus on open deduction balance on customer/region responsibility.
‚ ‚ Oversee all deduction and repayment processing for responsible region/customers.
‚ ‚ Track deduction and repay trends on special projects to determine course of corrective action and maintenance strategy.
‚ ‚ Interface with National Business Managers, broker administrators, Promotion Payments personnel and supervisors to resolve deduction issues on a broad range of customers and issues.
‚ ‚ Assist Deduction Manager and corporate auditing teams on audits conducted within responsible customer and classes of trade.
Education and Experience‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚ ‚
