Job Summary
The Accountant, CHA oversees account payable activities and assists in the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing account payable, assisting team inquires, preparing standard reports, recording detailed transactions, managing general ledger, analyzing variance reports, and miscellaneous routine tasks. Cross-trains to support various accounting and finance functions as inquired.
Experience
- Required: Minimum six-month of experience.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare industry.
Education
- Required: Associate of Arts with major in Accounting
- Preferred: Bachelor of Arts or Science with major in Accounting

- Required: N/A
Specialized Skills
- Required: Ability to perform detailed and disciplined work using standard methodologies in the analysis, development, evaluation, documentation, implementation, and support of accounting and business finance procedures. Must be able to proficiently utilize Excel, and other Microsoft Office suite functions and common computer and office hardware.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Traverse Accounting application.
