Stay up to date on the newest NetSuite functionality and ensuring NetSuite customizations carry over flawlessly. Audit, manage and control master data sanitization, errors, and updates.
Work with scripts and deploy or know how to turn on and off scripts
Work with SME’s, gathering information/requirements and evaluating the use cases to find the best-fit solutions for NetSuite ERP, and interfacing with experts on Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and various industry-leading solutions.
Coordinate with business SME’s across departments, and task-forces to come up with inventive solutions for business processes in fast-paced & growing environment.
Design, test and publish dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms and use advance customization tools.
Problem troubleshooting and assist with day-to-day NetSuite questions
Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools/applications and new NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs
Install and configure NetSuite applications from app store
Audit and edit user roles and permissions, to control access to sensitive information and enforce data integrity and security.
Write and amend complex reports and saved searches to meet business reporting requirements
Develop and maintain all Systems training materials and user documentation in searchable formats.
Lead data transmission and integration between systems and various platforms

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
3+ years experience implementing and configuring NetSuite
5+ years of experience in vertical markets and have a deep understanding of cloud platforms and data management
Understanding of SuiteScript
Experience working with Netsuite, CRM and eCommerce, SuiteCloud
Strong knowledge in SuiteAnalytics
Experience with implementation of NetSuite and project management
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Adaptive Insights, SAP Concur, is a plus
