Role description:

• Post on job sites to find talent, consistently updating and keeping sites relevant.

• Review and screen applicants.

• Set up interviews for those who have been screened.

• Keep our staffing numbers at the comfort level needed to run the business.

• Look for 2 top leaders needed within the organization to grow.

• Can work remotely while hiring.
• Only needed to work 5 to 10 hours a week.
• Can make commission if staffing numbers and applicants stay longer than 90 days and hiring quality team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
