You will work on a team that is focused on making a difference in the lives of others! Duties and Responsibilities: Learning all elements of the restaurant from the ground up. Rotations into different key areas of the business include kitchen operations, training operations, catering operations, hospitality operations, and drive-thru operations. Training and development of team members Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety requirements. Ensuring compliance with Chick-Fil-A Glastonbury standards in all areas of operations. Ensuring the highest quality food and services are delivered to our guests. Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere. Required Qualifications & Experience: Must be pursuing a degree, be a recent college graduate, or have a strong record of proven leadership capability. Must be over 18 years of age. Must be available to work on Saturdays. Passionate about business management and/or hospitality management. Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment Professional, responsible, accountable, and organized. Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Leaders and Directors. Willing and eager to learn new skills. A strong team player who works well with others.
