Our hours of operation are dependent upon the event schedule of the Spectrum Center, which varies.
We are looking for high-energy, self-leading individuals who are:
Able to multitask Able to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members Able to work on their feet for several hours at a time Customer Service-Oriented Love serving others!
Responsibilities:
Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests:
eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Thank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A at Spectrum Center Special Instructions Simply submit a ZippyApp application package which may include the Common Employment Application, Resume, and a Cover Letter.
