Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated finance leader to support our clinical and operational excellence within the market-based organization (MBO). This position will align with service lines to drive operational performance and strategic initiatives. The Director of Operational Finance serves as a thought leader in using financial techniques and strategies to support, coach and enable MBO executives and operational leaders to deliver outstanding performance.
