As Corporate Affairs Representative at Chevron Salt Lake Refinery, you will be:

• Providing coordination expertise for Corporate Affairs strategies generalist support to deliver a wide range of products and services across multiple areas within the Corporate Affairs function.

• Leading development and implementation of internal communications strategies, including Refinery Manager written communications and employee engagement initiatives.

• Identifying and implementing development of social investment strategies, partnerships, and communications plans. Point of contact for Social Investment stakeholders.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams within Chevron to support business priorities.

• Providing emergency response support to the Refinery and regionally.

Required Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: outstanding written communication skills.

• Project and events management: can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and nimbly change course as plans and business needs change.

• Collaboration and relationship building: demonstrates strong relationship building skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work independently to define opportunities and develop solutions through self-directed work.

• Developing and implementing communications strategies, including written communications and events.

• Coordinating community activities in partnership with non-profit organizations.

• Knowledge of brand standards and protocol.

• Experience in the manufacturing or energy sectors.
