The Position: We’re looking for an Instruction Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn new business & organizational software programs very quickly
- Ability to work at a fast-pace in a very innovative environment
- Ability to communicate quickly and clearly in a remote work environment
- Be a Phd
Responsibilities:
- Instruction Management deliverables include teaching the 101 and 201 classes, daily
and weekly respectively
- Managing Voxer, including your own account and the master account,
- Managing, scheduling and running mock interviews.
- Answering questions in the Discourse forum
- Responding to team members in Slack
- Doing resume and LinkedIn reviews for members per company guidelines are also
included.
- Sending welcome emails to new members, managing other communities that are
standing or may arise such as the Facebook group, training new members who enroll
on all their program assets
- Attending the live weekly Diamond classes as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
