As a Teacher, you are first and foremost responsible for increasing student achievement by consistently ensuring the implementation of instructional practices and strategies endorsed by Chancelight Education. As the instructional leader, you will supervises site staff to assure quality instruction is delivered and Chancelight policies and procedures are implemented in an effective and efficient manner.
